Our Cause Is Your Cause is an effort by League Collegiate Wear to help college organizations, clubs and groups promote service in their community.

How is League going to achieve this goal? By giving away 50,000 t-shirts.

That's right. Fifty-thousand t-shirts.

If you are trying to raise money for a Cause in your college community, whether it's on-campus, in town or in your dorm, League can set you up with some free t-shirts — printed with your design. You then take these free t-shirts and sell them around town to raise money for your Cause.

Simple, right?

To be eligible for free t-shirts from League, your organization must be aligned with a legitimate charity and/or a worthy Cause. You'll then apply to receive t-shirts by going here. Make sure you completely...and honestly...fill out all of the information.

League will approve or deny your initial application for the t-shirts. Once your Cause is accepted, you will be set up with a unique Campaign page on Our Cause Is Your Cause. The Campaign page will help you promote your cause, allow people vote on your t-shirt design, and ultimately raise more money and awareness for your cause.

And yes...we mentioned "voting" in the last paragraph. You'll want to have as many people as possible vote for your t-shirt design. There will be a "vote" button on your Campaign page, which will allow friends, family, strangers and other people to vote for your t-shirt design.

Voting for a design brings more awareness to your Cause. You can drive people to your Campaign page by word-of-mouth, the Facebook link on the bottom of the Campagin page, email or Morse Code. The fact is that you want votes. The more votes you get, the more likely you are to receive those free t-shirts. As they say each November: "Vote early, and vote often." Once your t-shirt design receives enough votes, we'll send you your t-shirts.

You get the t-shirts. You sell the t-shirts. You make money. You send that money to your Cause. You've then done something good for your community.

When you're all finished, send us some photos of people wearing your t-shirt. We'll post them on Our Cause Is Your Cause. And then...you're eligible to win a free iPod!
